Well, the title says it all, I am pooped again, but hanging in there. I really want to keep this journal of my progress a daily thing, no matter how weary I feel. As it gets closer to exam day (Thursday) I need to be as close to a professional driver as I can be at this level, the guys at the training school are all great and their knowledge and patience is wonderful. I am feeling more confident as the days go by, I am trying not to think too much about the road test, but keep a positive outlook as it approaches, without feeling too nauseous!
After school I really didn't want to go and work out, I was so drained physically and emotionally but I went and got a second wind and ended up doing a 90 minute workout, go figure! After that I came home fixed a nice healthy dinner and watched "The Biggest Loser" I love that show!
Down the hatch:-
Breakfast: 1/2 cup 10 grain hot cereal, 1/2 cup skim milk, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1tbs bee-pollen, 1tbs flax seed, large glass of water & cup of coffee.
Lunch: wholegrain wrap with a sliced boiled egg, fresh spinach and watercress, large glass of water.
Snack: Clean protein bar, large glass water & cup tea.
Dinner: Salmon fillet, salad with fresh chopped veggies and 1/2 avocado, large glass of water.
Activity: 1 hour circuit training with weights & 35 mins on Elliptical machine.
I'm off to meditate on passing my test on Thursday, have a great day tomorrow, bye for now.
