I'm not talking about myself! But I am keeping today's musings a tad on the short side, I'm flagging again, this hormone stuff I'm going through is just zapping my energy, so I'll just list what I ate and be on my way to nappy time. Take care all, till tomorrow.
Down the hatch:-
Breakfast: 1/2 cup Ezekiel cereal, raisins, strawberries, 1/2 cup skim milk, 1 tbs flax seed, 1 tbs bee-pollen, large glass of water and cup of coffee.
Lunch: wholegrain wrap with low fat goats cheese, spinach & tomato, large glass of water.
Snack: Clean protein bar, large glass of water, green tea.
Dinner: salmon fillet, 1/2 sweet potato, cauliflower, grilled tomato, large glass of water, handful of nuts and dry fruit.
Activity: 75 mins Hot Yoga :)
