I couldn't think of a title other than it's Monday, I'm not working right now so it's not such a heinous day of the week for myself, it's just another day. I decided I needed to spice up my new eating fare, so I went in search of a nice low calorie, sugar and gunk free curry sauce and found a really nice one at Sobey's. It has no additives, no sugar and quite good calorie wise, it was called "Rogan Josh" a tomato based sauce (always the best low fat option especially when dining out) I cooked it with my lean chicken breast, garlic, mushrooms & chopped broccoli & cauliflower, when it was cooked I poured it over brown rice and it was super tasty!
Not much happened today folks, other than studying for my course and hunting for a good curry sauce, so I'll just list my grub and yak at y'all tomorrow. Have a good one.
Down the hatch:-
Breakfast: 1/2 cup granola, 1/2 cup low fat Soy milk, 1/2 banana, a few Craisons, 1 tbsp bee-pollen, 1tbsp flax seed, large glass of water & cup of coffee.
Lunch: Boiled egg sliced over fresh spinach, artichoke, chopped onion and tomato, large glass of water.
Snack: 2 brown rice cakes, 2 tbsp natural nut butter, 1/2 banana sliced on top, large glass of water & a cup of coffee.
Dinner: Lean chicken breast, cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms, garlic all cooked together in a low fat curry sauce and poured over brown rice, large glass of water & cup of tea.
Activity: 1 hour kick-boxing class.
